Ladies Only • Thursdays 10am • Keriann
Core strength and glute activation using dumbbells and resistance bands. Gentle but effective — designed around pelvic stability in a calm, supportive environment.
Wednesdays 6am • Skye
Rebuild posture, coordination, and gait mechanics through structured, biomechanically-driven morning training. Calm, focused movement — not a HIIT class.
Wednesdays 6pm • Harj
Progressive corrective training to restore alignment and address root asymmetries. Myofascial release, gait mechanics, and structured strength work.
Thursdays 6pm • Sam
Core stability, mobility, and posture refinement without compensations. Integrated drills, glute engagement, myofascial release, and alignment coaching.
6 Weeks • Small Group
Build true core function and improve overall mobility through functional movement patterns. Focused on ribcage mechanics, hip mobility, stability and control.
3-Day Intensive • $1,850 USD
In-person 3-day program building on the FP 10-Week Online Course. Hands-on corrective exercises and dynamic movements with personalised feedback.
