A progressive 6-week corrective training program addressing root asymmetries rather than symptoms. Each session builds on the last to restore alignment, strength, and efficient movement.
Structured weekly progression: Weeks 1-2 myofascial release and foundations. Weeks 3-4 lunge and hinge mechanics. Weeks 5-6 advanced cable correctives and integrated movement.
