This isn't your typical group fitness class. Bells & Bands is a progressive, biomechanically-informed strength program designed to help women build core stability and glute activation — without the intimidation of a traditional gym environment.
Using dumbbells and resistance bands, each session focuses on controlled, purposeful movement that strengthens the muscles that matter most for posture, pelvic stability, and long-term pain prevention.

Keriann holds an HBS1 certification in Functional Patterns along with a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition. She brings a deep understanding of how the body works — from the inside out.
Having recently returned from maternity leave herself, Keriann has a personal understanding of the postpartum journey and what it takes to rebuild strength safely and sustainably.
