Rise & Realign is a 6-week movement class focused on rebuilding posture, coordination, and gait mechanics. Every session is structured and biomechanically-driven — designed to create lasting change, not just a sweat.

If you train regularly but still feel tight or unevenly loaded, this class addresses the patterns underneath. Movement that transfers directly into how you walk, stand, and move through your day.
