“I discovered Functional Patterns around 6 years ago while I was practicing a number of different movement systems that were damaging me. As somebody who has done a lot of study on topics like evolutionary biology and human health, it was a 'light bulb moment' to hear the FP concept of training to move like a human and mastering the FP First Four.

This is a progressive series, not drop-in. Each week builds on the last with assessments, precision coaching, and clear transfers to real life.
I’ve had injuries or limitations—can I join?
Absolutely. This series is scaled to the individual. We emphasize pain-free mechanics and realignment.
Missed a week—what happens?
You’ll still get the workbook page + at-home drills from that week, and we’ll support you to reintegrate the following session.
