Run by our Practitioner HARJ, this class uses Functional Patterns principles to help You REBUILD YOUR SYMMETRY from the ground up.
What You’ll Learn
Each week builds progressively to rebalance tension, coordination, and control through targeted corrective movement.
✦ Week 1: Myofascial release, standing neutral, and foundational planks
✦ Week 2: Bilateral rows and unilateral stance correction
✦ Week 3: Lunge and hinge mechanics, introducing power with control
✦ Week 4: Lateral kinetic training — abduction, rotation, and integrated balance
✦ Week 5–6: Advanced pulley-based correctives (RG bell slams, LK hip extension, abduction drills)
From week 3 onward, you’ll unlock advanced cable correctives to reinforce deeper structural alignment.

This is a progressive series, not drop-in. Each week builds on the last with assessments, precision coaching, and clear transfers to real life.

Absolutely. This series is scaled to the individual. We emphasize pain-free mechanics and realignment.

You’ll still get the workbook page + at-home drills from that week, and we’ll support you to reintegrate the following session.
