“I discovered Functional Patterns around 6 years ago while I was practicing a number of different movement systems that were damaging me. As somebody who has done a lot of study on topics like evolutionary biology and human health, it was a 'light bulb moment' to hear the FP concept of training to move like a human and mastering the FP First Four.

At the time of discovery, I had been living out in nature for many years and had a very clean and simple life, yet was still in chronic pain and had behavioural issues that needed addressing. I didn't know what to do - I was doing all of the right things that people said would fix my problems. After completing the 10 Week Online Program and training with a practitioner the pain was almost entirely gone and I started to move better than I ever had.

  • This is a progressive series, not drop-in. Each week builds on the last with assessments, precision coaching, and clear transfers to real life.

  • Absolutely. This series is scaled to the individual. We emphasize pain-free mechanics and realignment.

  • You’ll still get the workbook page + at-home drills from that week, and we’ll support you to reintegrate the following session.

  • Spots are limited. You may transfer your spot to someone else before Week 1 starts. (Modify as needed for your policy.)
