FP Online is a remote training service provided by Functional Patterns-trained professionals. It includes virtual consultations, gait and posture assessments, and personalised exercise programming. All services are delivered digitally via video call, Loom feedback, and shared Google Drive materials.

2. Not Medical Advice

You acknowledge that FP Online does not provide medical, physiotherapy, chiropractic, or allied health services. All advice and programming is intended for educational and general fitness purposes only. You agree to consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Submit accurate information about your health and goals
Ensure the safety of your training environment
Upload gait videos and communicate honestly with your assigned trainer
Follow the program as instructed and provide feedback as needed

4. Risks and Waiver

You understand that physical activity carries inherent risk. By participating, you waive FP Online and its trainers of any liability for injury, loss, or damages related to your participation. You accept full responsibility for your physical and mental health during this program.

5. Confidentiality & Data

Your personal information, videos, and program details are stored securely and will only be accessed by your assigned trainer and administrative team. By participating, you grant permission to FP Online to store and process your data for service delivery purposes.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments for FP Online services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Full payment is required before program delivery begins.

7. Session Access

You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and reviewing Loom feedback as delivered. Missed or ignored sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless agreed in advance.

8. Results Disclaimer

You understand that outcomes vary based on consistency, individual factors, and adherence to the program. FP Online makes no guarantees of specific physical results.

9. Agreement

By checking the box on the intake form and submitting your information, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
