This is more than a workout. It's a results-focused, movement-rebuilding experience created specifically for women who want to:

  • Understand how their body works — and make it work better

Run by our Practitioner Keriann, this class uses Functional Patterns principles to help women rewire their movement from the ground up.

  • At home workout program workbook using MINIMAL equipment

  • Kettlebell and resistance band-based programming

  • Targeted strength work for glutes, core, shoulders, and posture

This isn’t bootcamp. There’s no yelling. No endless burpees. No random workouts. Just biomechanically sound movement in a calm environment that is designed to help your body function better and feel incredible.

Who This Is For

Hi Ladies!

I am semi-returning from maternity leave and I am ITCHING to run a ladies only class.

Having a baby has taught me so much more about our bodies and what women go through. It has been eye opening!

I want to get 10 dedicated women in a room together and to work on our bodies in an encouraging and functional environment.

I want this class to touch on pelvic floor health, nutrition and lifestyle, practical skills and of course… PLENLY of functional movements.

I am very excited for this class and hope to see you there!
